Meet the team at Budongo Conservation Field Station! BCFS employs a number of staff that are exceptionally passionate, focused and committed to  conservation and research to ensure sustainable natural resource management. The staff are an interesting blend of field scientists and individuals with a combination of knowledge in tropical forest ecology, animal behaviour, conservation and wildlife veterinary medicine among other skills.

History Of Budongo

The BCFS was founded by Dr Vernon Reynolds in 1990. At that time it was called the Budongo Forest Project.
